Single channel ... two pads

Dual channel .... 4 pads

 

Did you set the pulse rate and set it to 35hz to 50 hz

 

Can you take a picture of it showing the controls/ buttons ???

 

Mine doesn’t have a setting to change the Hz either. Did you try it with two pads on 1 cord? I know that they are close but it may require both pads to conduct the current

 

You did pull off the the covers on the pads so you get direct contact with the skin, didnt you?

 

one cord with two pads, it's a dual channel... three inches is enough, put two pads on one cable in the vicinity of what you want to pulse, let er rip, turn it down!!

Ooh That’s a really nice unit...I’m jealous. Though I will say we have been using ours for several years with good results. Though yours probably regulates the current a little more precisely...

I would take a picture of mine but it’s kind of attached right now...That is very similar to mine. Dual channel but I usually only use 1 channel.

I just received the same unit. I have to set the power at level 8 to feel anything.

 

I used to have a nice H wave machine that helped me recover faster after my shoulder replacement surgery

 

Really? I set mine to three on my lower back and that was too much. I usually have it on the top left picture 1 or 2, power level 2

Hmm I rarely go past 3. Is it the same for both ports? How about both cords? Maybe you and @MTgirl got a bad unit??? Amazon purchase?
