    Case in point. I wouldn't of done that.
    To purposely do something that will damage something I own is not in me.
    No off roading. No "trails". I passed on plowing accounts because of trees or obstructions.
    Must be my upbringing with not having anything nice or new and when I got something new I want it to stay new.
    i would have brought a chainsaw or turned around.. Lol

    What he said , all the props in the world to the guys who go trail riding but the only way I would do it is with a purpose built vehicle not my 28k dollar every day vehicle . Am I set up to get out of most stuff yep but only if I have to lol not going to intentionally drive into places I will be banging body panels and suspension parts etc around. Furthest off road I go is on fire roads that are pretty well maintained :}

    Believe me , the intent is to not damage anything. the intent is to find a nice campsite in the woods and not be disturbed for days. scratches happen, most can buff out. My 250,000 mile Tundra would be the testament for how I care for my stuff. All those miles are mine, going where I wanted to go. No major damage, just some minor dents,dings, and scratches, but it cleans up nice....

    Want to guess who pays for my truck and rv and dump trailer ;) lol And nope not the GF nor my regular job the next 3 guesses don't count. Nope my trailer will not go deep into the woods but I am self sufficient I have solar panels and the whole thing can run off a 2k watt generator if need be :} I like my queen bed , hot shower and toilet thank you very much. Tents SUCK lol been there done that ! Oh and CPAP machine no worries ..at least in my camper which is only 19 foot long it has enough power plugs to run it even off my batteries with not plug in power :}

    Cypher[/QUOTE]
    that nice! any issues towing? what is the weight? I have a v6 and tow package (I think..at least that's what the sticker said) is that what your truck is

    We got ours used, less than a year old, for 8900. It has a potty, shower, gas heat, heated mattresses, AC, fridge... It's around the 3500 lb mark, and my 2.7L really does well with it.

    I sleep in the back of the truck on outings and have more scratches than clean areas.
