That's really good news. I'm so happy you are able to see and be with him. I was always deployed, at sea, or overseas when problems came up with Mom and Dad. Thank you for keeping us informed.

I wore a white "T" shirt every day for 20 years. I have 6 neatly folded and have not touched them since 2003. I think they are now "one" with cotton.

So I'd rather have my kneecap removed with a 90degree snapon pick, and a chainfall, then do another air system in a truck. Just sayin. It's done, and it does leak but not enough for the compressor to keep running. Next project is the rocket launcher.

I am more of a nervous type, who likes to keep moving. I will walk several times a day, and enjoy peaceful walks down a country road. I guess the temperature had something to do with it. I didn't want to run my truck for hours straight and I am leery about leaving the radio on when the truck is not running, for fear of killing the battery. I did it for a few minutes, then started the truck, ran it for awhile, then shut off the truck. I repeated this multiple times. I guess I got bored.

I get this. I think it is the potential for adventure -- you aren't going anywhere at the moment but with a turn of the key you could.

When I was 16 and just got my license, I would ride down to the Potomac River, south of DC and listen to the radio. Reception was always good coming down the river, so I thought. I'd hang out there until midnight or so. I think it was WLS Chicago and Larry King on WIOD Miami. LOL.

Morning. Wind storm they promised actually blew through. 70 mph gusts and rain. Power was out since midnight but just came on in time to go to work. Coffee will be mandatory today.
