oh man...that is killing me...it has been a year since we made the trip over the annual "clinic" the Steelers put on for the Browns, and then head to Primanti for post game goodness...

I'm tracking a package and as of 4:30 PM it arrived at my local USPS facility.
Then I received a message that says "Due to severe weather your package may be delayed".
Really ? cuz it was sunny and 68 degrees here in So Cal today :smack:

Good morning all. It started here too. Just a coating of snow - only expected to get 3-6” per the weather guesser.

Good morning TW. Hope y'all are doing great this morning. A little tribute to Stevie Ray Vaughn is in order today - and for my Song Title gurus. Instead of Texas Flood we'll just call it Texas Cold...it's cold down in Texas, all of the electrical lines are down... It's all I got though. I'll save my politics and venting for the off-topic discussion post here on TW. I'll just say many Texans are ready to punch ERCOT in the mouth...maybe a tap on the noggin to the governor too. That's all I'll say about that.

But I have heat, my kids and their Mom have heat, and my family is doing best they can. All of this will be over soon and will only make us stronger.

Thank you all for the well wishes during this mess. Now I wait for the thaw to see what shape my water lines are in besides the one break. Internet has been a bit spotty too.

    Y'all stay safe and warm.

Glad you’re back up! So many of those hill country communities that will suffer longer than the rest because the recovery resources aren’t there.

Maybe go back a governor for that noggin’ tap...maybe 2. Definitely ready for some ERCOT noggin chopping now. :censored:

Our family all over the state finally all have power now, and we’re just waiting on water pressure to come back. These frozen/burst pipes all over are the new disaster issue.

We just got Internet back - so nice to be able to get off the phone! I can type! I can telework!

Speaking of work - time to go convert effort to paycheck. Y’all have a great day!
