Good Morning Folks! . Finally finished the Christmas shopping yesterday. The taco needed a toe adjustment on the Alingment rack. Drives good. I can't believe this year is close to being over. The time sure does fly! Make it a great day everyone

Ah gotcha. Most all of our new hires come from contractors after what we consider a 6 month "rent to try" program. Usually a win win for everyone involved. Experience is always important and there is a strong demand for .NET programmers out there, good choice. C#, VB.NET and a SQL DB experience will get you in a lot of doors.

Morning, All ! Truck arrived yesterday, I got to have a short visit with it last evening and what a beauty ! Might pick it up today, may not be until Thursday. Either way, it's here !

We were planning on some snowboarding at Holiday Valley in the Western NY area while visiting the in-laws, but NO SNOW. Record warm temps actually.

Thank you, Jim... it's been over 20 years since I've owned a pick up truck and hahaha... if you could have seen my first one. Night and day difference. I bought that first one for $500 while stationed in Japan. Not many pick ups over there so I loaned it out quite a bit, cost was a tank of gas so I hardly ever paid for my own gas. Previous owner painted the wheels green, had a green painted 2x4 above the cab as a rollover bar, big dent in the door. Four years it was my commute vehicle, sold it when I left four years later for... you guessed it, $500. Now THAT is cheap transportation!

Nice story. When I purchased my '14, while sitting doing the paper work I asked the salesman to include a bottle of touch up paint for no cost. Not that I'm cheap or want something for nothing. I think it's something that automatically should come with the truck. He okayed it but they had to order it. Another thing before you sign , test drive the truck and check the window sticker and make sure all options if any match what's on the truck. One more thing before the test drive I check the engine oil. Again good luck with your new Truck!

 

Yep, did all that last night and a little more. Except the touch up paint... I will ask for that when I go get it, thanks for the reminder!

 

Yep, timing worked out pretty well! Looking like I'll have to pick it up in the rain... bit of a bummer. But better than snow!

I went 24 yrs between my first truck, the one in my sig, and my current truck. Makes you feel like a kid again. Enjoy brother!
