That sucks. I have Accu Weather on my phone, which I love but I'm a old school guy like looking down at a steam gage (or digital) I'm hooking up a simply safe soon. That would be cool to see the temp and other data thru that system as well.

When the indoor humidity gets in the upper 30s in my house I can feel the dryness on my skin.

I have an Ambient Weather station. WiFi built in and wireless. Records outdoor and indoor temperatures, outdoor and indoor humidity, rain fall accumulation, rainfall rate, wind speed, wind gust, wind direction, barometric pressure, and calculates windchill. The screen plots out the last 72 hours of several data points that you can select. Uploads to weather underground. Station ID is KCTNAUGA11

It’s not a Davis Instruments, but it does the job.

As a matter of fact, this is the car I help run at Gateway in St. Louis. You come on up here and we'll lean on the fence, and I'll buy ya a hot dog and a coke.

I've always been called "Zim" especially in the Navy. Our last name being on our uniforms. Dave is okay, or anything else like asshole, phucker, etc. etc. LOL.

That is still high tech, we just go by the rock method. If a rock is wet it is raining. If it is white snow. etc.

That is why it is a rock instead of the rock :) Can usually find a rock someplace.

This method is flawed. We used to live on the Northern California Coast up by the Oregon border. The rocks were always wet and while they were white...it wasn’t snow. Hahaha...Damn Seagulls

Thanks. I updated the cage for him a year ago. And for all the manufacture guys out there, its a chevy motor, on alcohol (reason he waves his hand over the carb. you can't see a alcohol fire).

Driveway is clear. If the city plow crew comes through and throws all the shit from the street back into my drive I will hunt them down and kill them in their sleep.
I tried my damsel in distress act and timed it so I was out there same time as my neighbor was with his snow blower, hoped he would come over and help. He didn't. Dammit
