    i was still out this year - walked almost every day since early November. Sometimes I couldn't get away from work to go so I had to wait until after work. Out walking in the dark on the icy sidewalks.

    You missed all of the excitement...or lack thereof... I threw my back out last fall. Not sure what I did but it got so bad I couldn't sit at all (so no driving) and was in a lot of pain. Started seeing a chiropractor which has done me some good. Walking helped too. So I walked. Everyday. No matter what....snow, ice, below zero...after dark if that's all I could manage. That was about the only time I got out of the house for Nov/Dec/Jan except for weekly grocery runs (driving 1.5 miles and I was in agony so that's as far as I got for months) and trips to the chiro (<mile from my house). Been feeling a little better the last month or so but not quite fixed. I had to go to the office at the end of Feb and it took me 2 days to recover. They want me back in office full time but there's no way that's happening anytime soon. As long as I stick to my routine here at home I do alright but if I switch it up at all I'm in trouble.
