Yeah 5 grand would probably only knock about 18 months off my mortgage, but it would also save a few months of interest too.

 

I don’t. I save it because this economy is humming along on federal reserve QE and unemployment/stimmy checks. Nearly half of mortgages still aren’t being paid.
