I’m currently on the 4th notch on my 5100’s, giving about 1.5” of front lift.

I am thinking of getting it adjusted to the 5th notch to satisfy a 2” front lift. Is it worth it? Is it a noticeable difference?

If anyone has pics of theirs on the 4th or 5th notch and can share, that would be appreciated! That way I can get a side by side comparison.

    Thanks!

Are you into looks or functionality?

Go for it. The difference is minuscule for looks.

So assuming comparatively, it won’t be worth paying to get them readjusted?

I hate the way it drives, its noticeable to me when maxed. You're asking a lot of the factory coil at that point.

It's rigid over bumps and very bouncy on the hard stuff. I hate top clip and always discourage it.

    Looks are looks though.

Are you on the top clip? Do you have pics to share?

No I'm an installer. I run 4600s, I hate stiff rides haha.

I've done lots of 5100s and rarely do top clips. On the 4runner its so bad I hit my head on the roof after a test drive.

3rd is the sweet spot on 5100s, 4th is ok and 5th is rough.

The factory TRD lift is basically a 5100 on the 4th clip, they didnt push it any higher.

Ok, based on this- probably will stick to the 4th im at now. Dont think it would be worth $380 to get it readjusted and aligned again lol

If I were you, I would go with OME 887 on 0 setting. You will get a better ride/looks.
