I got 3" out of the 885s with an AC v6. The height ratings are all based on a v6 double cab

I think they're based on 4x4 models but I could be wrong. 885s are supposed to be 2.5" that's why we got 3" being 2wd.

I have a 4WD. It's all based on weight. But the lift numbers provided from ARB are based on the 4wd DC v6 as I brought up earlier. That is what Marie at headstrong was telling me anyways.

Ahh gotcha. Oh I see you got 3" cuz you're an AC and I got 3" cuz I'm 2wd. Makes sense Marie was telling me the same thing.

Installs this setup on mine last night. Getting some vibe starting at 30-35 mph. Any thought?

Just a thought that aught to be considered when you do a lift; While you're at it with the rear springs, it's easy enough to install a U-bolt flip kit! I got mine through Headstrong Offroad. Less than $80, you gain a ton of clearance under the rear axle tubes....

That's what I did and went with 884 coils then no need for uca's and lifted front 2 inches.

Might want to lift the front end and try to wiggle the wheels. Wheel bearing issue. My 885 lift expressed my bearing issue.

Perhaps driveline vibes? Also, give it a bit for the suspension to settle. Might correct on its own.

So would you guys agree that 887s on a DCSB PreRunner may result in over 3 inches?

Looks like the carrier bearing is shot. Guess I never heard or felt it before the lift..

I did the same lift this past weekend. Loved it as soon as the wheels hit the ground. What i didn't love was the tiny 265/65/16's. So i had to go out and get a set of 285/75/16's. Love it even more now.

Did you do anything to the rear? Also, what tires are you running?

Yeah, especially if you are stock. 887's are designed for added weight upfront from a steel bumper, or winch.

No UCA's, 1.25" spacers. Have to do some mud flap removal / wheel well trimming this weekend. I'll let you know if it's anything major.

Thanks for the info. I am prob going to go with 884 as well. I want to keep factory rake so I think I will do a 3 leaf aal and leave the overload in. For tires, I want to get 275/70/17.
