Curious to get some feedback as I have a 2016 TRD sport LB DC with 5100 on all four corners and a 1” block in the rear. The front 5100 are on the 4th notch and I am close to level but the front is higher by about .25-.5”. I looked at the coils and the bottom coil ends are seated snuggly in the cup. I have the .25” spacer up top on driver side for taco lean but curious why I have read that I should have some rake but do not. Is there a diagram for how the coils are supposed to be seated on the top?

Look at the pictures I posted in the other thread and compare them. Have someone more qualified look at the bottom of the coils as well. Everything I have read is that the 4th setting and a one inch real block gives you a very mild rake. You also said you had some weight in the bed of the truck and was suggested you take the weight out and have another look. Move up to a two inch block or a 1.5 inch block but you need to address the front first as you said you have some vibrations going on. Did you do the test everyone says to try and see if its the needle bearing? Try running it in 4wd high and see if it goes away. You ordered a clamshell bushing so give it a try. Did you ever remove the weight out of the bed and re measure or have someone else look at it. Post some pics of the bottom of the coils and again I think something isn't seaded correctly as to why your having a vibration and the front sits a tad higher. There is a thread somewhere as someone had this issue and the coils were not in correctly.

Once you get the vibration issue fixed, then measure again. Post the pic again of the rear leaf springs, some say they looked like they have flattened out some.

There is a diagram out there somewhere that has how the top hat is supposed to be aligned. Anyone have that? Appreciate all of your insight MDS. I have the clamshell bushing to be installed on Monday to get rid of the vibration. When putting into 4hi, the vibration goes away and it’s only there from 30-40mph which fully aligns with the needle bearing issue symptoms. The weight in the bed is very minimal. So curious as I have not heard of anyone having a bit of a reverse rake at the 4th notch. It’s barely there but I was hoping for a bit of a factory rake, not bro lean

The leaf springs you shared the pic of seem a little more flattened out. Maybe that's the issue. Check the vibration after the clamshell bushing and go from there. Maybe an add a leaf is the answer or a 2 in block. Raising the back may be easier and cheaper than the front as long as the mechanic sees no issues with the front.
