So I usually do all my own work but I'm not able to do it at the time. A shop quoted me 400 for shocks instal and alignment is this a good price or should I walk. I wish i could do the install myself but got in a pretty bad wreck so I'm out for a little.

Are you active/reserve/retired in the Army? I know the mechanic shop here on base will do installs for very cheap. 400 doesn't seem crazy however.

That's an amazing price. I had to settle for $600 at a local diesel shop.

Went to discount tires to get new shoes and they had a set of level 8 wheels that I talked them into giving me for 70 a rim. I don't know if that's a good deal. Here's what she looks like before the level

Wrapped them in hancook dynapro 265/75/16s

I've always liked those wheels. I think the TRD center caps fit as well.

    That seems insanely cheap.

    5100 (4) = $300
    Alignment $80-$150
    Install labor =$200 ($50/hr , 1hr per corner)

I did my rears myself. and had 4 Wheel parts install the front & align that was $300 for front install & alignment only.

Im only doing front 5100s if it was 400 for front and rears Id be doing a lot more than 5100s haha

I made sure to ask a few times if thats parts included and it is. They supposedly have a good supplier because my buddy got his lift for cheap and they had great prices on rims also.

Nothing was wrong with them. Someone ordered them to their store and bailed on them so he asked if id take them for 125 i said no the second offer was 90 then it was 70. I went in blind with them doing no research and that is crazy for me since I always research big purchases. If you have a discount tire near you they have them for 125. Who quoted you 140?

Called today and shocks should be in Monday and I'm dropping my truck off. Should be looking good next week all i want now is some tint.
