Ok, so my truck is going in the shop tomorrow to install the 5100s in the front and I'm getting mixed recommendations on the setting to use to level it out. I have a 08 TRD Sport DCLB and here are my measurements from CENTER OF HUBS to fender:

    LF : 20"
    LR : 22.5"

    RF : 21"
    RR : 23.5"

I have the rear leaf TSB done as I have a 4 leaf pack. I'm reading that the 1.75 setting will level it out, and also reading that the 0.85 setting will level it out (Read it being recommended for 3 leaf and somewhere's else for 4 leaf). I'm all lost here and don't know what to make of everything. I want my truck to be as level as possible without it being nose high. Write me your recommendations. The more the merrier to make a pool of data. Thanks!

Currently I'm running my 5100s @ 1.75 with rear tsb and it's pretty much leveled (doublecab shortbed). Tried it on .85 and I was a bit tail high.
