I've got a stock 2016 double cab trd off road Taco that i want to put a set of Bilstein 5100s on. From what i understand, there are a few different settings that will lift the truck a little. I figured id set the shock setting in the middle and try a 265/75r16 compared to the stock 265/70r16. Has anyone tried this and are there any clearance issues? Any thoughts would be helpful...

265 75 16 will fit no rubbing on suspension or body. MIGHT have a slight rub on mud flaps in reverse full lock and stuff but if you use a heat gun and about 30bseconds of your time it goes away easily.

Suspension wise 5100s are very common. Check out the suspension side of the links

Edit: if you're looking to gain height up front you will need some help in back with either an add a leaf, a 3 leaf progressive, leaf pack replacement, or blocks.

On the 5100’s 3rd notch with 265/75r16’s rubs only on the mudflaps on full lock, but I still need to get an alignment.
