So I know the consensus, for good reason, is to not preload the 5100s when used in conjunction with OME 885s. However, there was some miscommunication at the shop I used when I had the 885s installed today so the 5100s remained at the .85 setting. The shop said they will make it right, but I am in the process of moving and have to head out of town tomorrow. Is this something that I should get handled immediately (find a shop in my new town and drop the 5100s to 0) or can I wait a few weeks until I'm back in town and get the shop to fix it?

Also, I have read through and found some related threads that had similar questions. However, most are 4-6 years old with little to no follow up. So just looking for any input on whether or not this is a viable setup until I can get it corrected.

I’d imagine you’ll be just fine til you can get the 5100s to the 0 setting.
