5100's installed on lowest/stock setting and still nose high. What's the deal???

    Satoshi'd grill. blacked out badges. aftermarket sound system. De-chromed and color matched. OME 885s + Dakars with 3rd leaf removed. LR UCAs. Scs stealth 6 with 285 duratracs. BAMF sliders
    Suprisingly, this is not the first time i have heard of this happening. You would think they would know something isn't right as soon as they got the truck off of the lift. Or someone that knew what they were doing would know something isnt right as soon as they had to compress the springs that much to get everything assembled.

    I just did mine the other day. 5100s with eibachs. You know what....they come with directions and nice little pictures. Pretty easy. I even did it with manual soring compressors.

    Update: I just got my truck back from the dealer after work today with two new front 5100 shocks courtesy of the GM. Wow what a difference! My truck rides like a Caddy now. Soooooo much smoother and softer than the stock shocks.


    If anyone local in Tampa Bay wants my stock shocks with 7000 easy miles let me know.
