Hey guys! Planning on doing my first lift ever soon. I was originally dead set on 5100s as they’re budget friendly and the reviews look great on them. But I’ve also heard great things about fox 2.0s. My thing is I don’t go off-road more than about twice a year. I drive roughly 200-300 miles a month all highway. I live in central pa and the roads are horrible. So I’m looking for what route will be better for the better ride? Not looking for anything to harsh. Looking for something that will last for awhile too without having to be rebuilt every few years. Thanks!

Have fox 2.0 on her Jeep and love em... can’t say anything about the 5100’s but heard good things about them as well. Probably cuz they’re on the cheaper side of upgraded shocks

And I’m sure there’s more I’m missing lol
Can’t go wrong with either. I don’t have any input on the fox but I do have the 887/5100 combo up front with 5160s in the rear and the ride is smooth like butter. No regrets. But remember, ride quality is subjective. Good luck with your choice OP.
