    Howdy yall,

Have a chance to get some 5160 made for a Tundra for free. Would like to save $500 so making them work would be awesome. Also is valving different because the Tundra is heavier?

    https://www.shocksurplus.com/products/bilstein-5160-monotube-gas-reservoir-shocks-25-237429

    Extended Length 25.690"
    Compressed Length 15.220"
    Travel 10.470"

Will these work on a Tacoma without busting anything (Break lines etc.) the specs for the Tacoma ones are below. More travel would be nice so long as ride is the same

    Travel 9.840"

If I have to add a leaf pack, well that's okay cause I am saving $500 that would go the leaf pack I want to huck the OEM ones anyway. Let me know what you suspension geometry expects have to say!

I’m pretty sure the only modification needed to run Tundra shocks are either: 1) pry lower shock mount open to accommodate larger shock. Or 2) shave off some of the lower shock bushing.
