Hi someone is selling me a 52 inch light bar for my 03 taco. He told me he has brackets to fit my truck. My question is will even fit? I don't think I've seen a first gen with a 52 inch light bar on the Roof. Hope someone can help me out. Thanks

52" is too wide. They fit on 2nd Gens but not 1st Gens. I have a 42" & it fits perfect. It will definitely be sticking out on both sides way too far. Stick with a 42" or even a 40".

Even a 50" would be pushing it

50" and 52" are same size. some just use measurement with the mounts attached. Thats how the ones ive looked at been measured anyways..

Nice! I like that look. What brackets do you have ? Are those the low profile ones?? I don't want my light bar to be too high

Cool! Thanks man. I'll look into that. What brand of bar do you have?

I just bought a cheap $60 bar to start with. I have a @cali_raised_led 20" on my bumper & 18w 3x3 pods from @DigiDiodes but I didn't want to cough up the big bucks just yet. My mounts cost twice as much as my bar. LOL

Oh sweet I'm digging the new design mounts vs the old batch from him.

what if its a curved 50 inch? i bought one and also got Relentless Brackets for a 50 inch but for there own light bar. It said it "may" fit another light bar of similar size...im just waiting for them to come in but I'm not sure if i should cancel the orders and get a 42 inch setup.

Should fit. Most are measured the same. If anything the angle will be off. Nothing a little bending in a vice wont fix.

Personally i think a 50" is visually to wide for these trucks. 42" is a much better looking setup.

Here is my truck with the SoCal Super Trucks 50" brackets. 50" is a bit wider than the windshield but i like the look. Everything else is wide on my truck anyway so it fits the theme. lol
