If you want a good price then you'll probably want to look elsewhere besides the valley. Dealerships down south usually have better prices.

I agree, if you can go to SoCal area. I bought my truck for roughly $4500 less than what comparable trucks were going for here. I picked out 4 trucks, rented a car and went to check out everyone until I decided which one I wanted. The savings covered the rental, gas, food, hotel for the night.

If I had more time on my hands I'd go up to Oregon and buy the car there since that's still my home of residency.

Hell yea, let Eddie know that I'll be stopping by this afternoon! If you don't get a chance to let him know then I'll just ask for him. Thanks!

You're a lucky man Gus. That's where I'm from, Tualatin, which is 20 mins south of Portland. I miss it. What are you gonna be doing up there?

Idk. Kinda flying blind right now. Fiancé is transferring with Wells Fargo and I'll have to find a job, hopefully doing what I do here. I was iffy on going, mainly because my entire life is based in Visalia but I figure I can try it out at least. We will see what the first year holds for us up there. I will for sure miss the valley...as odd as that sounds.

    Congrats on the 'rolla!

No worries. I asked for him but they said he had the day off... Not sure if that's true or the dude I talked to really wanted the sale or what. But I got the car for the amount I wanted, so all is good.

You will love it up there, especially if you love being outdoors. Sure it rains quiet a bit, but the area is beautiful. A year from now I couldn't pay you to move back...
