A shotty could be had for around 200, 20guage could be shot by anyone, a lot of knock down power for home defense, and no over penetration. Shooting is rather cheap, box of 100 shells bird shot for 20 bucks. Just something to consider. .22lr is awesome but next to a kitchen knife when it comes to home defense, unless shot placement is perfect in the mid darkness... with adrenaline, the guy robbing you won't go down probably, he'll die from bleeding instead.
Also most guys put scopes on .22lrs, that means shots aren't too good in your house hallway. Shotty just have a bead, and it spreads, point and shoot almost.

Just something to consider if your looking into home defense first.

Can't go wrong with any choice though.

    Maybe? I'll ask him tomorrow

Yeah I think the 22 will be for fun:D
But in order to get a rifle or shotgun, I'll have to get a safe, per the warden. Probably for the handgun too.

Buy 1 at a time. Put a little away each paycheck so it doesn't break the bank

Hey, tell your wife that the ar15 shoots .22 bullets. Lol

5.56x45 is pretty much a .223 rem, meaning the bullet is .223" in diameter same as a .22lr, when a .22" diameter bullet. Hehe

My new ugly creation made of free materials.
Going to have 2 bolts bolted to the rails with tslot nuts, the gas cans blocking the bolts, with a bar that's going to slide in the handles with a lock. That'll probably come tomorrow when I get round stock and a lock.

Mounted on driver side for various reasons, never unmount, just gas while gasing up the truck, along with super siphon for fueling up the truck from can, and it fits a full size table still.

Doube Cab Long Bed FOR THE WIN ! Lol.
Cost: whatever a 3ft 1/2" round stock costs along with a master lock and washers.

I actually have 3 cans, but I couldn't fit the table. So I just make it a 2 can, because I haven't gone places where I used more than 30 gallons

Grab a single one or buy the materials and I could probably make it/modify the store bought ones. I'm not familiar with the first gens enough to just make it though.

I think I'll keep it because these are precarb compliant. Straight from Germany, got them off my coworker for cheap. Rebuilt them with new gaskets and seals.
It's not gasoline, it's "Petrol" cans. Lol

head over to clovis firing line they let you rent out guns by caliber. so say you already know you want a 9mm well you can rent out 9mm at the firing line and you can switch between all their 9mm handguns. never go to the range, fuck those guys, sorry if you know anyone from there but i hate that place.

kayak fishing is hard AF if you don't have an anchor or some sort of drag chain. I kayak fish also haven't had time to rig up my anchor. My girl and I have kayak/fished eastman and millerton, we got skunked both times. I plan on hooking up her wilderness system ride115x with a fish finder.
