I hear some guys using it for a 270, so I figured a .270 shooting a flat round, the 5.56 is the same, just sucks in the wind past so far

I hunt with my ar too, but its a 6.8 spc plus I have a 300 win mag also. So it all come down to where we hunt, how much hiking we're doing and how far the shots going to be, for me to decide which gun to take

I'm looking into Dana 60s or the allpro diamond axle, no used axles, all new in that kit. 5,500 for complete diamond axle, with fj80 3rd, 30 spline, add500 for gears and locker...
    Then 1500 for all other parts, that's a 7500 3 link kit

I've only had to shoot my deer at 15-20yds on a Thursday morning hike... at about 10am. Mossberg bolt long action 30.06 Springfield.
Beyond 300yds I'd opt for 338 lapua hand loads, my next build, in maybe the rem 700 action.
You don't really need a semi, in my opinion, if you miss, it's not meant to be. Keep the sport alive. Pests I'd rock semiautomatic, like coyotes, and such, they've killed many of our livestocks

Got to pay to play unfortunatly, the smaller diamond you will be breaking gears axles etc, and will end up costing the same :(

Custom front bumper and rock sliders, glasspack muffler, shorten exhuast, abs killswitch, roof light bar, rear e locker.
Our axles are actually pretty stout. All pro's black betty kept the stock axle I believe, and diamond 8 up front. The 44s are only a 8.5 while ours are 8.25.

That's why debating on my 44 or my fj80 front.

Even though you put d60 in there but drive it like you stole it it's still gonna break, it's all depend how you drive and where you going. Fix and repair are part of the driving some tend to forget haha, as far as I can remember no builts last forever rusts and corrosions will do their part to destroy all toys
