Just curious on attendance. Gonna put in an order for 2 ribeyes and wanted to make sure we had enough.

I heard it was plenty last year so hopefully we'll be good this year too.

 

I have to swing by the store on the way home to grab some cheese to throw on the smoker before this too. I'm thinking I'm just going to grab cheddar unless anyone has requests.

 

Pepper jack is really good smoked.

Also, who's cooking? I'm just providing the meat lol.

 

10-4 I'll grab some of that.

I can bring some stuff to cook but I don't have a grill, at best I have a cast iron to chuck over a fire. So, I wouldn't count on me for cooking of things

 

That's what was done last year afaik. I don't remember as I disappeared because of personal shit.

 

I will have a grill, and some seasoning for the steak.

@PCTaco two will be more than enough, we had leftovers at the end; even after making second dinner at midnight.

Got me 9 small bricks of some variation of cheddar/jack today. And a brick of some Mexican hard cheese something. Rolling smoke on all of em tomorrow night I hope. Sealing them up and will bring some. Will bring some to co-workers etc too.

Are the sites we're at with mains? Debating on the electric blanket. After this weekend the rest of my trip is far from being on mains - I think.

Also still have a smidge left of some home aged whisky. Will bring.
