Closer to being ready! Good thing because LBL is getting close! Got the DYF CMC done today. We liked to froze, I almost had to get winched out of the driveway, but it turned out BEEEE-UTE-EEEE-FULL. Still have a few minutes with a jig saw and a pinch weld to flatten, but she's just about ready for new (BIGGER!) rubber. Thankya Everett!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Pictures tomorrow!

Running out of time to get shit done and I haven't even started doing anything :goingcrazy:

Hopefully gonna start tearing down my steering this weekend. Sourcing a new rack and PS pump next week if the douche from Craigslist stops being a douche. Still looking for a 33x10.5r15 spare tire. No drivers side door handle either which is good for y'all because you're gonna get to see a big dude climb through a little truck to open his door.

@beertimecontinuum video of Bill nearly needing a winch?

There was no recovery involved if that's what you mean. Took a couple of attempts though lol. @presta24 Chris got hung up coming in, both Chris and @Caboose117 Chad got off cambered and hung up heading out, @Bluegrass Taco had to do it in the mud, just needed a little momentum. Yard claimed a 7-pin today lol. NEXT WHEELING MEET AT DYF!!!!

Didn't get stuck, but had to back up and take a run at it. Half frozen and slick as shit. As soon as the back end got off the concrete, she stopped moving forward. Backed up and gassed it! On up the hill we went! Winch was not used!

You can find a set of bolt on sliders for mid 400's-500ish if you don't mind painting them yourself (may as well, there gonna need to be touched up anyway if you use them). I'd spend the extra coin and not have any regrets. Bolt on sliders are plenty sufficent for most people.

At least my mud flaps stayed on until I deliberately took 'em off! That isn't always a done deal!

Good place to deer hunt too. Saw 7 more about 200 yards up the road from your house on the way out.

I told Sandy about 'em. She wants to come along on the next trip. She'll have 'em in the truck for the ride home.
