Was very close to ordering STT Pro but the worry about the daily commute to work on a mud terrain drove me back to another set of KO2's. I've heard great things about those tires though!

Bored......Actually have a day with not a lot on the schedule. Thinking about an impromptu, jump-in-the-truck-and-go visit to 4 Wheel Parts in Indianapolis. 2 hours up the interstate....I need a new recovery strap.

Yeah, but......It's just not the same....I wanna spend time walking around in a building full of 4WD stuff! I wanna do a road trip.... The journey IS the destination....

ps You're sounding like my wife.....who doesn't see the point in driving 115 miles each way.

We're doing some remodeling work @ the club. Our architect has set me up with a CAD program to do some preliminary designs. I'm allowed to "play around" with it.....THAT said, I'm working on a lift in/lift out bed rack that will serve as a mounting point for a full size spare, my CO2 tank, a couple fuel cans, shovel/axe/hi-lift, and a few other goodies. The tire would lay on a 45 degree angle near the front of the bed. The rack would be welded out of Jr weight angle iron and some plate. The impetus behind it being in the bed is to keep the roof open for a roof rack in the near future. THAT will be for a kayak (to be added soon)

Also, hoping to carry the weight lower than roof level, while keeping it centered front to rear, slightly favoring it to the rear end for better balance.
