If LBL was THIS weekend.....If only.....

Next year I'm not planning on going. Plans always get shipwrecked. I'll just get up that morning and call in sick, throw shit in the truck and go....

On a much brighter note, we did get taxes done, both the rental business, then the personal....All filed. We get a whoppin' $104 back. Accountant's bill is $675. Do the math. I'm pissed.

Yeah.....It's called 37% tax bracket due to not sheltering income from rentals. That's why we met with the lawyer last Saturday morning. Too late to help in 2016. Made changes for 2017. When I was sick last spring, we sorta let a few things slip. One was attention to the rentals. They made quite a bit more than previous years.

My cousin has rental property too, about a 30-40 lot trailer park across the street from he and I. They don't do it for profit though. It's a bring your own type thing. I'm sure they could charge more, but they have renters from well over 20+ years ago when my aunt first started it.
But I've heard him talk about the headaches of it as well. Sucks big time!

Was thinking you said you wheeled your runner. Oh well, you'll never be the same now. Ask @tacabode.

I started buying houses after the 2006 market crash. Bought houses out of foreclosure for pennies on the dollar. Great way to accumulate net worth, but requires careful attention to detail on taxes.

Look under your truck. Your exhaust crossover is the lowest point. That's not a good thing lol

I paid $75 at a reputable shop. They even cleaned up my DYF Flowmaster install

You'll get your big chance @ Black Mountain this coming October. It's my favorite place to wheel! Gonna get a little bit more adventurous this year. I've already started route planning to add a new section into the itinerary!

Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
    not exactly.
The fix was to properly torque the passenger side alignment cams. Taking it back to shop that aligned it so they can check if anything moved.
