    I drive a 1995 Toyota Tacoma 3.4L v6 4wd with the 4 speed auto.
Intermittently the truck looses all power, you're driving along starting from a stop. First gear fine, then you get to second or third gear and right around 2000 RPM and it sounds like the truck starts misfiring like a bastard, looses all balls drops down to about 750 RPM, misfiring the whole way down. If you try to give it more gas nothing changes. Only when you let off the gas and step on it again does it start to move again, only for the cycle to repeat for a couple of minutes. After a bit of this the truck decides it wants to drive, I'm able to get it up to highway speeds, about 80mph, but the whole time the truck still feels like its lacking any ass, more so than what these trucks come new with. Also there's no check engine light on at all during this.
when the truck is misfiring at 2000rpm, when i put the truck into neutral and rev it up, it revs perfectly fine.

so far I've replaced the MAF senor, air filter, i replaced the inline fuel filter about 4 months ago, and i put some snake oil down the gas tank. I also have some oem ignition coils coming in the mail.

any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Here is a video of what happens when it misfires a bunch.

    Test your throttle position sensor.

just tested the resistance as i slowly moved the throttle, it read good base on what google says the sensor should read, nice and smooth, unless my meter cant read fast enough to see sudden jerks in resistance.

Next check your cam and crank position sensors.
