What about turning the crankshaft backwards too much? Can that cause the timing belt to jump and cause those symptoms?

Or if the nuts aren't seated on the fan sufficiently (I think it's best to detension the belts first), could a shaking from that cause the symptoms?

I'm not sure if I could've turned the crankshaft by accident. The timing belt could just be worn out, which may have caused it to jump a tooth.

I'm with @time623 on this one, it's gotta be something you touched and likely electrical.

How old are the plug wires in question? Wondering if the plug wires were on their last leg and you moving them pushed them over the edge?

The fact it's 3 cylinders on one bank also makes me think it's electrical (and points to those wires). Maybe try some electrical connector cleaner on the contact ends of all the wires and reseat them.

I’m thinking I’ll just get NGK wires at Autozone since I don’t know how old these wires are.

I think they’re OEM yea. They’ve been on there for at least two years.

See if you can find a printed date on the wires. They could be 15-20 years old and well past their service life

Those error codes are all on the right bank of the engine. I bet it's wire related.

I need a list of what you touched.

    ...on the truck

Notably, all your misfire codes are on one side of the engine. Spark wires all snug?

It may seem strange, but it's at mechanic after wires didn't fix it.

It turns out the issue is timing. See the similar threads below. Maybe the drivers side cam cracked or wore out, or a tensioner went bad on that side? I also had a randomized misfire, so it may well have been missing on all cylinders, even though the ECU singled out the drivers side for some reason on my code reader.

Could I have damaged the timing belt or a tensioner when moving the timing cover out of the way? Or maybe the grooves on the belt are just old and worn out.
