5vz turbo/header flanges

    Mainly because the exhaust paint I threw on mine is already flaking off and there are spots rusting. The flange itself is starting to rust like crazy. What's wrong with using the proper MIG wire?

    oh btw, I do bevel the outsides, that part is quick and easy. It's really just preparing those perfect butt connections that have been an issue in the past for me with TIG. That and getting consistent heat/distance due to the scratch start/stop constantly melting the electrode to differing degrees each pass
