    Nooooooo, these engines are cast iron and aluminum heads,

    The aluminum warps easy if it get too hot, = blown head gasket, your better to run it cooler than hot If possible

    Mines runs 188-190 on hot days. If I’m idling or stop and go it might hit 205. Always goes back below 190 when cruising. Jiggle valve is 6 o’clock.

    FWIW I have an OBD2 scanner/app hooked up now.

    Runs between 186*F and 194*F depending on if I’m idling, cruising highway speeds, A/C on or off, etc

    Typically runs at 190.4*F for the most part.

    Just changed my jiggle valve from 12 to 6 and my average temps dropped by 10°! Did the tbelt job 2 years ago not knowing about which way it should go. Very worth getting new coolant and fixing the tstat orientation.

    Cup holders, oh she's got a sweet feather in her bumper
    I run 196-203. Never been higher no matter how hard I push.
    Will run 189-190 ish on slow downhills
