    ^ lol. 6 divided by 2 is 3. 6/2 as a fraction is also 3.

    Calculators dont follow the rules? lol

    6/2 as a fraction is still 3 :facepalm:Think of it as six halves of something. One half (1/2) is half a burrito, six halves of burritos combined together make three whole burritos.

    You guys are killing me with these fractions. Fractions and division problems are the same thing. one quarter (1/4) is just a division problem waiting to be solved. That's why it can also be expressed as a decimal (.25)

    Such a simple solution, but people don't believe it. THE CALCULATOR LIES!!!!! lol

    Someone probably quoted this already somewhere, but it explains why it is 9. Multiplication and division are on the same level and are completed simultaneously.
