    Before I complain about gas prices I like to think about the cost of a liter of pop, generally speaking it is at least a buc while a liter of gas may be 1.20. Who do you think is ripping you off more the guy selling the coloured sugar water or the guy selling you highly processed, globally transported gasoline.

    Did gas prices go up this morning? We're somewhat lucky we have a cap here, I'm driving to ontario next weekend and gas prices in the northern parts are stupid, I'm talking 1,35/L stupid. They blame it on the newly harmonized taxes but I call BS, the difference wouldn't have been that much. :mad:

    You're kidding, isn't Toronto a little more expensive than the rural areas though? I know Montreal usually is, I try to avoiding having to fill up anywhere near there if I can help it.

    i live an hour north of toronto and our price is usually a few cents (2) cheaper at the most

    likely looking at 1.50 up north
