I need help on installing a 3 inch body lift on top of a 6 inch DB, well actually 9 when i get the stuff for that. But i was just wondering if the 6 inch DB would complicate the install of a 3 inch body lift or will it be the same as if it did not have the 6 inch DB?

Why? Why not lol just for looks. Dont you have to extend the steering shaft or column, whatever you call it on a suspension lift and the body?

No. The body mounts are not related to the suspension.

And for a 3" bl yes, you have to extend the steering shaft, brake lines, gear shift, various wires ect. Big pain. Have fun.

No difference with a suspension lift. Tighten the bolts and Don't go over too many big bumps now.

    Intake, exhaust, lift. Typical stuff.
Doesnt a DB lift require cutting/welding?

On a side note, I read the title as "6 inch douche bag with 3 inch body"

I think 4crawler.com has over sized and aluminum puck body lifts.

Dude why stop there? I would go with a 50 inch lift and then do another 50 inch body lift. I am kidding but you don't need any more lift I mean now you are getting into some really bad territory.

Dude, snyper, read this entire installation guide before buying a body lift. http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/ForSale/Docs/BodyLift_HowTo.shtml
It's very thorough, you'll be glad you did. And use 4Crawler aka Roger Brown body lift (he doesn't like it called by his name, hahaha). Roger's really got his system of body lifts fine-tuned. 3inch is verging on impractical. You'll have to lower your radiator, mess with your shifter (auto OR manual), extend your fuel line, make some new fenderwell covers, deal with the bumper gaps. I strongly urge just a 2" lift.
