I have a lot of room in regards to my cab mount luckily. Just really want to get the steering under control

    This^^
    Caster- 3°, tow- 0° & camber- 0°
My uca's added 2° caster so when they put it at 3° it rubbed worse than when I brought it in, it was at 4° after the install. So to help with the rubbing he put it back to 4°, it drives good but I'm thinking of taking a degree out of the top (adjustable uca's) to put it at 3° & move the wheel forward a bit more.

That's my point, you shouldn't have alot of room. 35s SHOULD rub.

Because your alignment is way off. Which is why your steering is so horrible. Unless a previous owner trimmed tour plastic and cut your cab mount.

Aligning with higher castor numbers should help stabalize your steering

@Tattedmom26 your suspension hasn't settled yet either so with the alignment & the suspension settling I wouldn't be surprised if it starts to rub. Hell mine rubbed with 285's & a 3" lift.

@gainman is right they should be rubbing, mine still rub on occasion with a 7" lift.

To be clear they won't rub with the wheel straight it will happen when you're turning.

I will try and pay closer attention when my wheel is turned completely but i still dont think its going to rub the fenders or cab mount. I will just have to wait and see i guess. I dont know otherwise why im not getting the rubbing that everyone is talking about. Everything seems to be installed correctly. Idk im just confused.

Well like I said your alignment it obviously way off & the suspension hasn't settled yet, it will probably take a couple weeks to a month to settle.
Most likely it will rub backing out of your driveway or a parking spot at full lock or if it's turned & the suspension compresses.

Yeah the alignment is definitely way off. I hope to improve my ride tomorrow when i get that fixed. If it begins to rub after settling and alignment i will deal with it when it happens. Just mainly concerned right now about the quality of the ride and steering especially thats some scary mess driving and having to work that hard to hold it steady

Every now and then there's a unicorn. Mine appears to be one as well. I get clearance with my setup when I shouldn't at times. My alignment numbers with stock uca's aren't stellar but it rids and handles great. Some times you gotta just roll with it if it's working don't screw with it. Through the help of others here you've been armed with some good info to use if the problems do arise until then get an alignment and enjoy it

Don't worry about that too much the alignment will fix it for sure. When I first lifted mine to 6" both wheels were turned out slightly & you could hear them scrubbing. It drove like crap on the test drive.
