6 inch pro comp lift

    I was just wondering if anyone was aware that there is a 6in pro comp lift where u don't have to cut the cross member. I had always heard that all the 6in kits u had to cut it but now found out that's not the case. Also if anyone knows of any other 6in kits where u don't have to cut the cross member feel free to let me know.

    never heard of it...they only have 2 products for the tacoma on their website and they both use the Procrap crossmember...difference is spacers/coilovers

    according to a couple internet vendors...the prerunner 6" kit still comes with replacement crossmembers

    further...where are your LCAs going to mount if you dont put in the new crossmember...

    ok i think ive confused myself...

    procomp actually calls the drop bracket a crossmember...

    you do still have to put on the lower crossmember replacement but do not have to cut the diff crossmember on a prerunner

    Pro Comp 6in lift w/ Icon Coilovers,AllPro UCA's, AllPro Baja Leaf pack, Bilstein 5150's in the rear. Tires Mickey Thompson MTZ 275/70R18 w/ procomp 7089 wheels. ARB front bumper with mile marker winch, Custom made all quarter inch steel rear bumper. Demello rock crusher slider's. CoverKing neoprene seat cover's, AllPro trail armor All-pro U-bolt flip kit with Timbren bump stops and many many many other mods, way to many to list.

    My brother from Tyler, TX is correct I just had my 6in pro comp installed 3 days ago and they definantly cut my cross member, if u have a 2WD they dont have to, whoever told u they dont cut it is either retarded or doent know shit about lift kits.
