I've seen and worked with tools like you. Every single one of them was dangerous and ignornant...and worse than that - They thought they were great at what they were doing. Several are now out of work and/or ostracised from their old friends because of their shitty attitudes and dumbass habits.

There are a MULTITUDE of studies that indicate that impairment begins with the first drink...so lowering the BAC legal limit is NOT so that more are busted...
