Hey we're looking at doing a 6" BDS or Fabtech lift, but we need to decide on some tires. Its not really going to be offroaded :)
35's look ok but then we're looking at fairly compromised mpg and messing with the speedo, 33's may be a little small for a large lift but definitely look do-able. What would you guys suggest?

Check out my build. I would recommend the BDS lift over the Fabtech. If your worried about mpg's stay away from toyo's or Nitto's. Very similar tires and they both are heavy. Browse tire rack or any other online tire stores that display weights. Im running Goodyear MTR's in 35's and they actually weigh less than my 33" Nitto's I had. Best of luck

I had 35's and they looked awesome but the MPG were horrible even with regearing to 4.56. Just a heavy combo. Now I have 33's and they still look great and the MPG had picked up some. I have better power too. I also have the hypertech speedo calibrator so I know my speedo is correct.

I can vouch for the HyperTech speedo calibrator. I have it with my 33's. Very simple to install and use even for someone not as technically inclined as me

Took about 20 min to install and the speedo reads right! Great product.

I ran 33's on my truck ( toyo at II's) and would get about 17mpg. Main thing to look at is the weight and stick with a at tire if you want decent mileage.
