i have a 2013 5 lugger and I need to do wheel bearing and was wondering if i could straight swap my 5 lug hub for a 6 lug hub (are the bolt patterns the same width) i’m currently running adapters to fit 6 lug wheels now and would like to not have to use them if i can. I know 6 lug suspension is different from 5 lug.

No, on 5 lug trucks the bearing and hub is pressed into the knuckle.
On 6 lug trucks the hub assembly bolts onto the knuckle.

But what about the diameter of the spindle inside the bearing. Can he swap the spindle straight over and press it in? 6 lug to 5 lug?
