Soon going to be time for my Taco's 6 months service yet it has only 2600 miles. Should I get the oil changed at a 6 mo interval or wait higher mileage. This is about all the miles I will be racking up every 6 mo.

You get 2 oil changes in the first 24 months, you can have them whenever.

First service does not include an oil change. Only the 10k sevice and 20k service. They only rotate tires and check fluid levels.

i also took mine in for the first service with only 2800 miles on it.

    Yeah.
Man, I wouldn't even let them rotate the tires, but I have trust issues. I just do an annual oil change myself. You probably don't need an oil change, but if there are any outstanding service campaigns it would be good to get those taken care of. Just check the lug nut torque if you let them rotate the tires.

Sorry, I didn't know this was a well beaten horse. I'll rely on the search for my future questions.
