I was looking at this too because i don't do crazy off-roading just camping etc.. as your daily driver did you notice a big difference in the turning radius or how the truck rides compared to stock, especially with the blocks? I was gonna go with a 3" billstein coilover lift but i'm re-considering now.

Last questions, did you get any new vibes by lifting it and did you put in the diff drop kit + new UCA's?

I just used what the kit came with , no extra ordered parts for lift, rides good to me, having 20" rims I feel more of the bumps and all but with my 17" rims I had before it rode same , also turning radias has been fine , I took off mud flaps, will have to trine a lil but not much and it's a spot u don't see much anyway but only rubs if turn sharp down hill ect, also I have 305/55/20 terra grapplers , I have had say before and hated them and they didnt last long ,

Did a shop do the install for you? If so, how much did they charge?

We have very similar looking truck bases, even the plasti dipped stuff lol. Where did you get your roof racks and how much did they cost? I think the truck looks better with them.

for the people with the 6" rough country lift how many carrier bearing shims did you use, and does it have any vibration? i just installed this kit and i have 2 shims in right now(1 on each side) and i have a little vibration but better than when i had all 6 shims in(3 on each side).

Anyone regret cutting the frame to install the drop. I have a 14 and have been considering this lift but also worry about vibrations or noises from the driveline. Anyone have to play with the driveshaft angles. Can anyone tell me if this kit has interfered with the abs or trac systems.

    6" rough country lift
I don't use shims, believe it or not no vibration with this kit. The only problem I had was with the 6" lift everything was at such an angle my control arms where hitting the springs..any ideas why?

I just purchased the lift. I already have a procomp 3" lift, I want to keep my 3" procomp springs. Is there any 6" strut I could use up front so I don't have to stack a spacer? i know the kit comes with a 6" spacer and that wont fit on top of my springs.
