    Jack it up and see what it feels like. Most people have a death grip on the steering wheel in a case like that you may have an issue with the steering rack.

    Its super nice to have. If its a real person, they actually say something, if its a scam they say nothing or you get the second half of what they said because they start talking right when you pick up.
