Glad a friend plowed for him. Hopefully the pain will subside as he is on the mend. But you habe your work cut out with all the snow you got. Just take care and be careful.

Glad your feeling better Bill so take it easy and get 100% real soon. Like they say" getting old ain't for sissies". I find that out more and more everyday.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Rob!! Enjoy the day. Packed for vacation yet?

Would appreciate prayers for my sister Angela.

She was diagnosed yesterday with cancer of the spine, lungs, liver, and pancreas.

Never smoked or used tobacco in any form.

She is a real trooper and handling it well mentally. Definitely living her faith.

Ditto! Take it one day at a time.

I dunno Mike, they're forecasting snow here Monday but it doesn't look major. Yet. Fingers crossed.

Keeping good thoughts here for your sister.

My best friend from high school is battling cancer. Also lives a healthy life. There's no telling sometimes I guess.

Carl, Are there still companies that deliver coal or do you use wood?

    In my prayers!

I am working the recall election for a city council seat tomorrow. Pay is $120 but the day is long, 06:00 am to 21:00 pm.

    Evening all:
:facepalm:Yard is a BIG MESS! The neighbor came over today and cut down 7 big oaks, most of which were dropped in the yard, the good news is that nothing got damaged in the process. The gypsy moths killed them and they kept dropping thousands of both big and small branches in the yard which I had to keep cleaning up, eventually the whole tree would have come down and could have done major damage to buildings. Now I just need to clean up one more big mess and not have to worry about constantly cleaning up sticks and branches from them.
Glad I have a neighbor with a mini excavator, a good chainsaw, and who burns wood! :D
7 down, 11 more to go, but most of the other ones can be dropped in the woods and won't require nowhere near the cleanup like in the yard.
But; then there's all the maple trees in the yard that I'm constantly cleaning up after! :annoyed:
