    Morning all:

    Not just the budget, for as long as I can remember securing the Southern border to prevent illegal immigration has been kicked around. IMO that isn't even political, has cost us billions of dollars, will cost billions more, and we can all see where we're still at after many years!

    After graduating from from hide and seek and tag, we played Army and had BB gun battles! o_O Then we moved on to sandlot football, and played baseball and basketball at a local elementary school playground.
    Never heard the term Olly Olly oxen free. :notsure:

    My brother and I had a BB gun fight, only he had a pellet gun. He shot me in the temple when I poked my head out from behind a dirt pile at the landfill where we played. He won!

    You can hide Jim, but the all seeing eye of the 60+ thread will find you.

    I have had my 30th, 30th Birthday a year and a half ago. It’s getting complicated trying to lie to yourself. I am still a kid at heart, but my body tells me different. I still love Christmas morning, it’s almost here.

    One of my favorites as well.

    Duane: At least you can still rotate your tires. After my herniated disc a tire and wheel combo is too heavy for me to lift without risking another injury. I used to pride myself on doing a lot of the simpler car maintenance, it is a bitz when you no longer can do the work.

    We went out to dinner last night and along one road bank sod, steep bank, was so saturated it slid off the bank. Looked like there was a 4 in depth to the sod cover. Lots of rain here the past 3 months.

    :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::thumbsup:

    I hope you took her out to a much deserved lunch or dinner. ;)

    We had my wife's daughter and family for dinner last night. We were chatting about our cats and how wound up they seemed to be at the moment. I said "maybe it's full moon." Naturally the granddaughter starts tapping away on her phone. After a few seconds she stops, looks up, and says, "Oh my gosh -- it's winter!"

    Happy belated winter solstice everyone!

    I do believe there was a full moon last night.
