High school wasn’t great but the visual of old wanna be’s doesn’t do anything for me.
I was ugly as shit in high school so I look pretty much the same.

I went to my 25th class reunion in south texas back in 2000. I was glad I went, and the best part was, no one knew who I was. I went from 120lb senior to 185 weight lifter. Bummer for me, none of the guys that I ran with bothered to show up. I still keep in touch with a few on face book.

    Evening all:
I have never gone to a reunion either. Actually most classmates I wouldn't mind mingling with again, but there are a few that I could care less if I never saw them again!

    I have never missed one.

My class has one every five years.

The rate at which they are dying we will soon be able to hold one in a phone booth. Does anyone here remember what a telephone booth was?

    Good morning Susan, gang,
Our turn for cold weather here in NE Kalifornia, after all the snow down to 10 now, Truckee has seen single digits and lower last week.
My SIL called yesterday, both her and my older brother have some issues, she may need a bone marrow transplant, my brother has stage 4 kidney failure, but is doing fine, only has a tiny bit of blood in his urine, don't know why his kidneys are that way. Got me a little worried now.

 sixtys/wannabes/noobs/Susan. Sorry about not being around for a bit. I've been fighting a PITA sinus infection, my wife came down with acute gastritis (in a snowstorm naturally), work has been a non-stop series of calamities, and my greater family unit has suffered what seems to be an unending series of ailments, hospitalizations, and deaths. Been a tough month. But I think I might see a light shining, over there, pretty far off but bright and getting brighter. More later.

Hoping for the best for both your brother and your SIL Duane, geez, talk about things going wrong in bunches.
Same for you Dave, geez also, hopefully all gets better.

Just got done putting an order together to make the "mop flies", must have taken 3 hrs. just to find one supplier that had ALL THREE correct components to make them. I think I looked at almost every online fly tying shop in the country! :annoyed:

As if shoveling all that snow wasn't enough, out last night with Repo. Stomped my sleeping area with my snowshoes, only need for my shovel was to dig a hole for my feet so I could sit in the tent while melting snow and cooking. Light snow while fixing breakfast this AM, after I got home received 3".

Duane, I truly admire your tenacity and drive. At this point all I want to do is dig a hole in the sand to put my feet in while my Gin and Tonic cools as I sit on a beach in Antigua. We got a light snow this afternoon - should be in the low 40s tomorrow.

Thank you Mark, wish I could go to some place exotic. Idaho, Oregon and Washington will have to do this summer. Snow camping is taking more fortitude the older I get, may have to give up going out in cold weather sometime.
