    Weird no warning at all.

At least it went at home, and not out somewhere it would have been a bigger hassle.

Batteries can be fickle. My son had a WallyWorld battery in his Jeep Cherokee (1yr. or so old) and we were upstate. He went out to go to the store and nothing. I went out and if I didn't see it with my own eyes I wouldn't have believed it but he took a wrench and put it across the pos. terminal to the neg terminal:facepalm: and not even a spark at all. Generally you will get some spark. We pulled the battery and went to WallyWorld to get a new battery. After putting the battery on charge for 1 hour and I watched as the shop person put the battery through a load test and it passed:annoyed:. We put the battery back in his Jeep and it started and he ran it for another year and a half. He picked up an Optima red top at a junk yard that he had no idea how old it was but he ran that in his jeep for almost 6 years.
I guess it's a crap shoot when it comes to batteries.

When I had the holes drilled in my head two years ago, the truck had sat for 5 or 6 weeks, causing the clock to get off. Funny.

Guess I'd best look out. My truck is 10 years old with the original battery. At least I believe it is. I bought the truck when it was about 3 years old and haven't replaced the battery yet.

Gary: So sorry to read you had a heart attack. Keep doing what the docs want you to do and get well quickly.

Finally got back from vacation and back to getting things done. Started to assemble a grill station from HD. Caught it on sale at a pretty decent price. I did not expect too much and I was not disappointed. Sanded all the wood and applied the pre-stain conditioner today. Tomorrow starts the staining process and fabricating some wooden supports to make the grill station sturdier. I also need to paint the rear door tomorrow. I try to paint the door frame every 2 years. The door, actually an atrium door, is almost 30 years old at this point.

Still waiting for a new evil bay seller to understand why he has to wait for my funds to hit his PayPal account. Been filling him in for six days now. The bay said they sent him a email explaining their new seller policy. He somehow got my personal email today and said he still didnt have the funds and gave me his PayPal addy. Ignorant or scammer?
When while, back at the ranch. Won a hard to find lantern this morn off the bay. Not many more I want, gotta stop this spending every month. Most of my months income is going to the credit card this month.
