Good morning, Ken and everyone!!! The rain is just starting up here above the tree line - looks to be an all-day one.

I am dying to get my new Tacoma - but realistically I know it will be 10 days or so. My work bench is filled with things for it - luckily my wife has been VERY tolerant of my pre-purchasing things.

The dealership I'm buying through is actually down your way, Ken - Freedom Toyota in Hamburg.

Morning Mark, Hamburg is actually closer to Carl than me. But on another note, the anticipation of getting a new Tacoma is like 10 days before Christmas for a young kid. I know I would be antsy waiting for it to come. Hope time passes fast for you.

I knew you were farther south - but it's much closer than being up here in Scranton. :)

Welcome Bill. Great folks on the thread. Enjoy the posts and join in.

Morning Mark, if you take it back to the dealer for service you can always spend time at Cabelas:D..while waiting for your truck to get done.

Good Morning good Sir. Thanks for asking Rob. PT is done, it wasn't helping so I requested an MRI and it showed an "acute/subacute oblique anterior superior end plateT7 fracture" which in laymans terms a broken back. Still having minor pain issues occasionally and the doc that read tbe MRI suggests a cat scan for further characterazation and confirmation. So until I get home (away for the winter) I'll be recuperating in St. Maarten NA. Hope all is well with you and yours. I enjoyed the family picture of the Grand kids and you and Kristi. They have a way of making one's day a better one. Mine live closer and we see them more often but it brightens my day when I see them. Take care.

 Hope that sounds worse than it is, and it's not so painful that some fruity umbrella drink can't tone it down.
All are well here and in Phoenix, thank you.

St Maarten huh? ... yep, I still wanna be like Ken ... some day. :jellydance: ;)

It's killing me! My contact at the dealership was out the past few days. I'll check in with him tomorrow to see if there is an update. I know it is somewhere in shipment and I should have it within the next two weeks, assuming no hiccups in the transport. In the meantime, I have a stack of add-ons sitting on my workbench downstairs. Lynn is being very tolerant. :amen:

Never thought I would be doing this, but a good wife and hard work and a good financial guy allows us this opportunity. We live life and enjoy it. The only thing I won't do is sky dive like Mark is doing:bowdown: . Maybe when I turn ninety like George H.W. I'll consider it but not yet.

Lynn and I take an annual trip to Antigua for a week on the beach. Like you, Ken, we are planning on enjoying retirement after I leave the college at the end of June. We've worked hardon our financial plan over the years - now time to join the SKI Club. Spend (the) Kids Inheritance. Life is, truly, good.

But, where the hell is my new truck????!!!!
