Good Morning Rob, weather was much more beach weather yesterday as compared to the day before. But on a brighter note, the temperature is upper 70's to mid 80's. Warm is good, at least for Debbie. She is the only person here wearing a hoodie. Temp drops below 85 she is freezing:rofl:that is one reason we head to warmer climates for the winter. If we lived in Alaska, she would be in so many layers she would look like Ralphie's little brother in Christmas Story.:D
    Have a great day Sir.

Good morning, Rob!!! Stay warm up there!!

I have one last project on tap - install the hood lift struts. Everything else is just small cosmetic, ease of use things. I have LED bulbs for the interior - will probably tackle those this weekend. Not sure when I'll do the struts - a cold weekend ahead but maybe I'll use the propane heater again and get the job over. I did put in the Weathertech side window deflectors on Sunday afternoon and put in the storage bucket and glove box letters last night.

 Glad ya'll are enjoying life there. You have yourself a great day as well, my friend and mentor. :)

    Those letters look classy.
I need to look closer at those struts. Do they mount with pop rivets just like the Redlines?
Keep enjoying that beautiful truck! :woot:

    Good morning y'all!
I got the glove box insert and tailgate ones, although the reflective letters for the tailgate are hard to tell. Storage bucket, have not seen that before.
Worried the last few days about my head, had a subdural hematoma a couple years ago, away from home for three weeks for that, so always worried when I hit my head or feel funny. Had to lay down for an hour, get like I might have vertigo, but have not had vertigo since I retired almost four years ago.

Thanks, Rob! Yup the Strikers go in with pop rivets just like the Redlines. I'm building up the courage to drill those holes. I drilled the trunk lid on my Z3 to put on the luggage rack...but that was maybe 5 years old or so when I did that.

Take care of yourself, Duane!! I hope you're feeling better soon!!

Yep, made me nervous when I did my 2nd Gen ... but had Stitch's hood up yesterday checking oil and adding washer fluid, sure thought "man, some struts would be nice." Thank you.

That hour laying down yesterday helped, out doing stuff in the garage, can't tell so far today. Allergies seem to be kicking in, can't be the Coronavirus since I haven't been to China or on a cruise. :)

Thanks for that link for the struts. I was thinking they supported the hood when dancing on it after being 3/4 the way thru a 12 pack. :)

Duane you need to get that checked out. Wife had vertigo and a physical therapist took care of it for her. No drugs or surgery. Get it looked at okay.

Done all I'm going to do. Have come across numerous people over the years who get vertigo. My issue seems to have gone away since not looking at two computer screens all day. Did have to lay down in the woods cutting firewood a couple years ago as I felt bad. So whatever is going on is rare.

I gotta admit that looks so relaxin'. We're back down to single digit cold here again...which amplifies how nice that looks.

Got to agree with Ken. Duane we need you to get felling better.

Ken the only sand I see around here is the sand I lay down on my driveway for traction
