Winds were up and temperature down when we left Palmer tonight; forecast to settle some by Wednesday and warm back up to teens and 20°s.
Rain huh, new truck gonna get dirty again. ;)

Have a great day, Sir. :hattip:

Morning Rob:hattip:. Hope the water has calmed down. Was a storm off shore and the waves were to much for this old bruised and battered body to fight, bad undertow. Other than that, day at the beach bikini watching was good. Temperature hits mod 80,s which is nice.20200224_110704.jpg

Building several new condos nearby.. it's not the Island we came to 36 years ago for the first time:(. It's a lot more built up now. But beaches still nice. If you can expand the picture, to the right in the middle of the buildings is beige with terra cota roof building. That is the American Medical University on the Island. Big complex. Future doctors of America:facepalm:.

No mud for the truck today - I take the Subaru the college provides me on most days so the truck is nestled in the garage. I'm up to about 350 miles on it, though. :)

Good morning y'all, back in the day, my first new vehicle was a '74 Pinto, couldn't afford to drive it except to work for a couple months. Bummer.

Had a similar situation last week. I've been retired about two years now, when out of the "blue" I get a phone call from my old boss wanting to know if I am ready to return to work. I thought about it for 15 seconds and politely thanked him for thinking of me and declined the offer.

    Cheers 4BYTOY

    That's bad right there.
I know someone that actually went back to work without fact finding.
He had to pay back all the SS money he got at one time.
    Just about ruined him.

I'm wondering how that happened. He might have had a problem if he didn't tell SS that he was back at work, because you can only make a certain amount before they start reducing your payment. So if he continued to collect the full SS check after going back to work, he'd owe them money. If he had reached full retirement age (probably 66, inching up from there if born after 1954) he could earn as much as he wanted and still collect the full SS amount.

Morning all. Wednesday is upon us and a wet one it is. No truck driving for me today - the Subaru is going to get muddy.

    Enjoy the day!!!

Carnavale does wear one out. Partying and having a good time is all that matters. Enjoy
