Actually, we haven’t had a really good die off of the species in over 100 years. We are due. It’s natures way of winnowing out the weak and thus increasing the survival potential of the heard.

Good morning all, yup our health has become a political tug-o-war. If you wear a mask then you must be this and if you don't then you must be that - WTH - maybe, just maybe I want to do my part in helping to stay healthy and not spread this creeping crud - it has nothing to do with or say anything other than hope you don't get it and hope I don't - already lost two friends to the COVID.

On a more positive note - have a great day and by all means stay safe...

    :hattip: morning folks.

Have there been any Duane sightings or did he drop off the TW site because of the bullshit and getting banned? We have lost a few members this way. Hey on a good note, be safe and have a great day.

Congratulations to you and the wife Harry :yay::woot:. Hope you both have many more years of a happy life. Now a days a good relationship is hard to find with the younger generation.

    Good morning folks :hattip:

Congrats to the two of you, it still takes two to make any relationship to work - lost on a lot of our younger generation. Here's to many more :proposetoast: wonderful years.

Good morning everyone - have a great and by all means safe day.

Pennsylvania cranked up restrictions again, ugh. Although I have seen a lot of examples of why they should!

    Stay safe folks!

SWMBO and I observed 50 years last week. Due to the Chinese flu thing we could not go out to celebrate. Maybe later...

Good morning all, beautiful morning. Heat held off yesterday as we got slammed with thunder-boomers early. Lots of steady rain after a deluge ran through that over powered the gutters.

Have a great and safe day - TGIF for some

    Morning all:
    Everyone's invited!
Looks like tomorrow there is a BLM protest scheduled for our small town, they are talking about hundreds of people being bussed in.
Several years ago there were cross burnings not too far away and there's a veterans memorial in the park where it's to be held, could get interesting if it gets out of hand.
    Think I'll stay away !!!!!

BLM is not helping with matters of racism thats for sure. Glad you opted to stay away Carl. Hopefully it will be peaceful and then they all go home.

Don't want to get us locked down for p***tics but I can't quite grasp what's going on either. As a white male I like to think I understand what is going on with the George Floyd response, but I really don't -- I can only try my best to put myself in someone else's shoes for a moment. But this monument thing. What is up with that. Jefferson Memorial? Really? Somebody ain't using all of their brain cells.

I blame 'rona. Everybody's carrying extra stress.

In the small town where I grew up, there were more than enough idiots to go around. I was never able to understand their actions. So fast forward, as soon as we could, we built a home out in the boonies, and never looked back. The garbage that's going on now reminds me of the rotton eggs thrown at anyone in a uniform, during the Nam protests. However, I'm glad we live in a society where anyone can voice their views. For me, common sense will always prevail. My advice.. grow up and be part of the solution, not the problem.

Good morning, everyone!! Happy Day...since Saturday's have no meaning now other than it is one of the two weekend days. Weekend days are "no shopping" days now. :D

I will continue my goal to stay far away from any discussion that is even remotely politically related. Far too many folks over in the Banned Members thread who failed to achieve that goal.

Enjoy the wonderful day we have been given!!
