Or would you like the beer opened and in a glass?

Good afternoon everyone. Picked up my 58 year old guitar from the Luthier today. Plays and sounds a lot better.

It’s hard to fathom anyone can be that dumb. It must have towed like they were dragging a giant oak tree. In 4wd low the wheels couldn’t turn fast enough at highway speed. Seem that he would have blown the tires since they would have dragging, not rotating.
Think I saw an ad for the vehicle
For Sale - 2021 Rubicon, Exterior paint and body like new. Interior is showroom condition. Low mileage. For you RV’ers excellent vehicle for towing behind your RV. Engine needs some minor TLC . You can see this awesome vehicle at Jacks Towing and Automobile storage yard. Priced for quick sale. Call 1 800 Ima Idiot or 1 800 Dum Shit.

Reminds me of my dearly departed 2008 Honda Fit. I drove it 100,000 utterly trouble free miles; however along the way it had collected a handful of recall letters. After all this is the 21st century. So I decided to let a local dealer do the 100k service and burn off the recall nonsense at the same time. Only problem was, that was the Day of the Great Hailstorm. Baseball sized stuff. Never happened before or since. My poor little Fit was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Smashed it up pretty bad.

The adjuster showed up, pulled out his pad pooter, and started walking around the car. Made it about half way. “Hit the number.” Totaled.

Hope you get a new greenhouse, sounds like it’s justified.

Well hmmm. My folks had a motor home with a diesel bus engine in the back. Dunno the the torque rating but it had to be Very Very High. Not sure they would have noticed until something caught fire! :)

The question nobody on the porch gives a damn about... Who the hell is the the oldest old fart here? So nobody has to tally the results, just quote this and add on to it.

Alan 80, made all my own mistakes, and looking to invent a few more. :hattip:

Good morning, all! Adjuster came by, took pictures, asked if I had an estimate on repair (I did) and headed off. All his stuff gets sent back to USAA in Texas so I'll hear in a day or two probably. I did get the full amount of the cost of removing the tree - EFT went into our bank yesterday.

Mark, almost 66, still feel like I'm in my 30s, had a few brushes with Death along the way so that I try to appreciate every day as a blessing.

    Congrats on the anniversary...

67, body of a toddler, mind of an 18 year old, coulda died a few times but the hard, fast moving materials passed me by through sheer chance. Living with my girlfriend for 43 years, married her to make the kids legitimate. Presently cruising through life under the speed limit...

In Aug. I'm 72. As a kid in the rice patties and jungles I was lucky or cursed or both. Small hit and run teams,6.men or less. I lost 10 men but never got a scratch . All to boobie traps.
Rare is the day , without a y me? or a night without the old black and white movies.

Someday when I m standing in front of the cloud 6 in the sky I have some hard ??s for him. Hope he has some answers or he will hard pressed to let me stay when my rant is over.

For the time being lm living like the shithouse owl.All I need is a new smell every morning and I'm happy .
